Meet Josh

Hi there! From my experience as a Combat Medic in the Army, to dancing on the stages of New York City in ballet and musical theatre productions of all sizes, I aim to bring a clinical and experienced viewpoint to your movement. I bring a range of movement training to my sessions, from my experience with football, wrestling, and track and field in high school, to 8 forms of dance training in university, to my clinical experience as an EMT and Combat Medic. In addition, I’m studying to achieve a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program through Arcadia University that will complete in the Fall of 2026, and I actively aim to increase my clinical understanding of the body every day.

Exercise is a combination of physical effort and emotional availability, so my aim is to prepare you for success by giving programming that pushes you to your limit while also supporting you as a person. The process of training is a team effort, and and you will have my A-game for every session to help get you to your end goal!
